Position:
Field Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor
Reports to:
Project Manager/Construction Manager
Work Rotation : 5 Weeks On/ 5 Weeks Off

Goals:
Field Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisors will ensure that contractor daily productivity is met, that the project is being executed as per CCED specification and drawings, that the ongoing work is safe and up to the required quality and will be the link between contractor and office based project team to close any open issued and technical queries that contract may face during the execution of the project.
Responsibilities:
Study of drawing and execute the work.
To co-ordinate with E&I Contractor for the execution of the E&I works.
Direct and coordinate the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements.
To check the entire work according to approved drawings.
Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out on completed and running Project activities.
Updating the Drawings depending on site conditions.
Checking the Workmanship and material Quality as per approved make and standard work for the Right quality and standard work.
Preparation of Project Report for correct and Timely information for the Progress of work.
Responsible for highlighting foreseen Problems & Delays in advance escalating to the PM.
Generation of punch lists.
Carry out the inspections to ensure work has been done according to the project specifications.
Field mounted Instrument installation such as PIT, TIT, FT, LT, PI, TI, LI, SDV, PSV, CV Etc.
FOC Cable installation, Termination and Testing.
Termination of E&I Cables in Field and inside panels such as RTU, OTN, ESD, Telecom Etc.
Trouble-shooting.
Ability to complete all tests required for electrical and instrumentation pre-commissioning activities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of Work Experience in electrical and instrumentation scope in oil and gas industry.
Knowledge in connecting contactors, relays, repairing of machine control sensors and detectors is important.
Fluent in English speaking and writing is essential.
Very Strong capability to lead, supervise and follow site electrical works.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience interfacing directly with site people and contractors.
Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute as a team player.
