Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for:
•Planning and scheduling of ongoing jobs and provide engineering support for completion.
•Preparation of Monthly reports
•Highlight abnormal issues of equipment to Material Management department to ensure spares availability in required Stocks (Warehouse).
•Conduct daily meeting with team members & evaluate major problems which create hindrance in the progress.
•Ensure team member to follow the execution schedule provided by planning department.
•Allocation of Resources / Man power to required areas.
•Identify well in advance any special / abnormal material or resources requirement and highlighted it in Daily Turnaround meeting
•Report any major problem to the Shutdown coordinator with proposed solution.
