PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER/SPECIALIST
Job Location: QATAR
Responsible for leading/providing an independent/objective assessment/recommendation of future PEPS projects/commitments
Provides confidence/assurance that projects will deliver to their sanctioned business objectives in line with client business strategies/projects delivery aspects which should be adequately addressed & risk are satisfactorily managed where the project’s integrate suite of deliverables are accurate/complete enough to enable an informed decision to be made on whether projects should proceed
BSc Eng
15-20 years experience in engineering/project & portfolio management/execution of Oil/Gas projects
Experience of working as a Project Manager in Oil/Gas (EPC)
Experience of leading/participating/coordinating a project assurance review
Experience of managing teams in a project portfolio environment in resource/petrochemical industry as the client/owner
Familiarity with industry practices of stage gate reviews/independent assurance
Experience in coordination with various discipline Engineers/project practitioners during feasibility/concept optimisation studies/FEED/EPIC
Experience in implementation of Int. best practices in project management.
