Shift Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or equivalent relevant technical qualifications.
The candidates should have varied experience that covers Gas compression, Gas dehydration, Gas wells, Pipeline, Condensate stabilization;
1) Gas turbine and electrical drivers gas compressor.
2) Gas dehydration process experience with MEG regeneration and low temperature separation. similar to our current areas 10 & 70).
3) Gas wells Production and Injections experience and well intervention will be an added bonus.
4) Pipeline pigging operations and Flowline repairs experience.
5) Condensate stabilization and handling experience.
GAS COMPRESSION, WELL OPERATIONS and LOW TEMPRATURE SEPERATIONS;
- Safety: Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, carried out PSSR[Pre Start-up Safety Review], understand emergency shutdown system and cause and effect matrix.
- Procedures: Prepared Standard Operating Procedures[SOP] for plant facilities, detailing start up and shutdown and operations testing procedures
- Commissioning: Carried out pre-commissioning checks and prepared commissioning procedures
- Manage operators performance and develop their competencies
- Safely managed plant shutdowns / turnarounds
- Planning and scheduling of plant operations activities
- Trouble shooting process upset and carry out root cause analysis and technical investigations
- Emergency response leader and conduct routine emergency drills.
- Experience in Alarm management
- Participate in new equipment Site Acceptance Test
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Prepare and deliver technical training to staff
- Experience in DCS Honeywell Experion PKS 400
- Area Authority & Isolation Authority for Control of Work / Permit To Work.
