Duties :
Should be conversant with AWWA/ASME/ASME Sec-V/ASME Sec-IX , API,ISO,EN&BN Standards
Review Approved Drawings, Procedures, Inspection test plans, WPS, PQR, Test
Certificates, Inspection Reports & other Documents.
Material receiving inspection.
Raw material Inspection and Testing.
Witness/ Review mechanical testing (lab destructive tests) of materials.
Witness/ Review welding procedure qualification and welder performance
Prepare/Review and approve Inspection and test plan.
Involved in QA/QC activities for Fabrication, Welding and Assembly.
